John Jannazo (Jazz), Vice President, Defense Programs, joined Aerospace Business Development Associates, Inc. in the Summer 2017. He has extensive U.S. Air Force operational, systems acquisition and research and development expertise from two careers; the military (operational flying and acquisition assignments) and in the aerospace and defense industry (senior director field office, business development).
John is a certified acquisition and program management professional with over 30 years interacting with the entire Wright- Patterson Air Force Base complex (Air Force Material Command, Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Research Laboratory, etc.) He has held leadership positions in AF Squadrons and Program Offices, retired as a rated Command / combat Pilot, worked on the HQ AFMC staff and was a System Program Office Director. He has held senior level executive positions in industry in the Washington DC, Dayton and Ft. Walton Beach areas. He affords ABDA clients a proven resource for the expansion of their existing opportunities and the development of new strategic business opportunities.
John holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in History from Wright State University and is a graduate of the Air War College, Air Command and Staff College and the Defense Systems Management College.
