Tom Farmer, Associate, has provided business development for multiple companies, and specializes in identifying opportunities with the United States Air Force.  He retired from the Air Force after
26 years of Service.  During his Air Force career, he served in multiple Commands and held a number of key positions, including Pentagon assignments in the Air Staff and the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD)

He spent the last five years of his Air Force career as the Director of Cost Analysis for Air Force Logistics Command, a key job that placed him in a unique position of dealing with virtually every aspect of the Command’s business, including decisions on major weapon systems’ acquisition, logistics IT programs, facilities projects, depot maintenance, spares support, and base realignment and closure.  He also was instrumental in merging the cost analysis capabilities of Air Force Systems Command and Air Force Logistics Command when they were combined to form Air Force Materiel Command in 1992.
