Richard (Dick) Chipman, Associate, has over 25 years of defense industry experience in several marketing and business development positions for highly technical aerospace systems, products, and services:
¨ tactical aircraft and derivative models, ¨ aircraft threat warning, ¨ space-based IR warning, ¨ radars and information technology.
Since 1992, Mr. Chipman has consulted to the leadership of client companies seeking new business in Dayton and Washington for technical services and information technology. He served 20 years in the USAF in combat operations as well as key positions in R&D and acquisition management at WPAFB and HQ USAF. Mr. Chipman joined ABDA in May, 2000.
